Questions?

  • I am not offering refunds for CommunityHQ just because of the digital nature of the product. There is nothing stopping people from abusing a refund policy as there is no way to return the product.

  • Not at all. I have purposefully made CommunityHQ very simple and straightforward. The most powerful solutions in my opinion are the most elegant.

Notion does have a learning curve and if you are brand new, you will have to learn the software.

This is why I have included several tutorial videos of my own to guide you through the process.

  • That’s fine! CommunityHQ is modular and fully customizable.

This means that if there are parts of it that yo don’t need, you can simply delete or archive them.

Perhaps some parts you will want to save for later.

As well, if you have additional systems you would like to add, I can support you in creating them and integrating them into CommunityHQ.

  • Goals, KPIs, Relationships (CRM), Sponsors, Affiliates, Events, Content, Courses and more…

  • CommunityHQ is geared specifically towards community brands and businesses but because it is customizable, any business could benefit from using it

  • Yes absolutely. I currently use this exact system to manage The Flying Sage community.
